Marketing Specialist at Zikra Infotech LLC

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. This is a performance-oriented role where you will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate measurable growth, conversions, and ROI for our clients.

While your primary focus will be Google Ads, experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) or other platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs, ROAS, and conversion goals.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and advanced bidding strategies.

• Analyze campaign performance in Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio, and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align ad strategies with business objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

• Support Meta Ads campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Deep understanding of PPC strategy, funnel management, and attribution models.

• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.

• Strong skills in keyword research, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Google Ads certification (preferred).

• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
