About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our users, helping dental professionals and practices navigate our platform and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to member inquiries via Intercom chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer support tickets through HubSpot, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information and support related to platform features, account setup, and technical troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Background in dentistry (clinical, administrative, or both)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms (experience with Intercom and HubSpot is a plus)
