About the Role

We’re hiring a Contract On-Camera Content Specialist & Career Coach to help us create powerful, authority-building content that educates, inspires, and positions us as the go-to resource for professionals ready to level up.

You’ll be the face and voice of our message—breaking down job search myths, teaching career frameworks, and guiding high-performers with clarity and confidence.

Our goal is simple:

Create content that delivers more value than most people pay for.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of the camera, speaks with natural authority, and can take a content outline and run with it—no hand-holding needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Record weekly content across formats, including:
• Short-form videos (1–3 mins) on salary negotiation, positioning, offers, etc.
• Long-form videos (4–30 mins) that break down frameworks, mindsets, and job market strategies
• Walkthroughs and breakdowns—explaining the “why” and “how” behind our system
• Speak directly to mid-career professionals (typically earning $85K–$200K) with warmth, clarity, and authority
• Follow a basic outline or framework while making it yours with natural delivery and insight
• Collaborate on content ideas or topics with our founder/team
• Provide occasional feedback on what’s resonating or where messaging can be sharpened

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You…

• Have polished experience on camera—YouTube, content creation, coaching, speaking, or training
• Come from a background in career coaching, HR, recruiting, or executive development
• Know how to teach with authority, confidently, clearly and engagingly
• Work well independently, you’re a self-starter, a clear communicator, and reliable without micromanagement
• Have access to a professional-quality recording setup (good lighting, clear audio, clean background)
• Thrive in environments where your voice and ideas matter

About the Role

• $40–$50/hr starting rate, based on your experience and on-camera polish
• ~20 hours/month to start (avg 5 hours/week)—with plenty of room to grow
• Total flexibility—work when and how you want, as long as content deadlines are met. Want to batch content on weekends? Prefer mornings or evenings? Totally up to you.
• Independent contractor freedom—you set your schedule and workflow
• Creative structure with support—we’ll provide strategy, outlines, and guidance so you’re never flying blind
• Visibility across a fast-growing brand—your content will be featured on social, email, inside client programs, paid ads, and more
• A voice that matters—your ideas, insight, and delivery shape how we teach, inspire, and serve our audience
• Long-term upside—this role has the potential to grow into: a full-time, public-facing position, signature coaching opportunities within our programs, Speaking, podcast hosting, and deeper brand partnerships.
