  • You’re a quick learner, eager to pick up new tools, systems, and workflows.
  • You’re already familiar with Gorgias and Shopify (or can get up to speed quickly).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using Gorgias and Shopify
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the brand’s caring values
