- You’re a strong written communicator who can respond with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- You’re naturally empathetic—you understand customer needs and respond with care and patience.
- You’re a quick learner, eager to pick up new tools, systems, and workflows.
- You’re already familiar with Gorgias and Shopify (or can get up to speed quickly).

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, Instagram, and web forms
- Process orders accurately in Shopify
- Provide thoughtful, informative, and timely responses to customer questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using Gorgias and Shopify
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the brand’s caring values
