Rapidly iterate and A/B test designs based on performance data.
Design attention-grabbing static and motion graphics that capture attention in under 3 seconds.
Analyze top-performing creative elements and leverage AI tools to enhance your designs.
What Sets You Apart
2-3 years of experience with strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Data-driven approach, focusing on what converts, not just what looks good.
Quick, high-quality iteration and A/B testing.
Understanding of conversion psychology and metrics (CTR, CVR).
