Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-impact, audience-centric content (graphics, reels, carousels, videos, captions) and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
  • Grow followers, boost engagement, and drive measurable sales/conversions.
  • Design and launch targeted paid ad campaigns with clear ROI tracking.
  • Monitor analytics using platform insights and tools to optimize performance and refine strategies.
  • Engage proactively with comments, DMs, and mentions in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns and brand goals.
  • Build and nurture online communities that foster trust and advocacy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, growth metrics, or managed brand accounts.
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Experience running paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with budget management and ROI reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset — ability to interpret analytics and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.
