POSITION SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic, mission-driven team at one of the world’s leading international education organizations, offering English and French language training, career education, language testing, and teacher training through a group of globally recognized brands.
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and globally minded SEO Content Marketing Specialist to help us engage international student and B2B audiences across multiple regions and languages. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to write, edit, and manage content that builds brand awareness, generates leads, and supports conversion—while keeping cultural context and the needs of international students, and B2B partnerstop of mind.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with English as a first language who is based in Central or South America and can work with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation
Write and edit high-impact content for a wide range of platforms: websites, blogs, emails, brochures, social media, and video scripts.
Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and appropriate for non-native English-speaking audiences.
Use AI tools to generate content drafts while ensuring ethical usage, maintaining brand voice, and editing rigorously for accuracy, clarity, and originality.
Develop content calendars in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Repurpose content for different platforms, formats and target regions.
Source and edit graphics to accompany content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other online graphic editing tools.
Content Editing
Update time-sensitive or evergreen materials in response to program, policy, or organizational changes, using strong attention to detail and version control.
Maintain an awareness of how content pieces connect across platforms, identifying and updating related materials proactively when information changes.
Apply editorial judgment to flag outdated or inaccurate information, working with relevant teams to ensure content remains reliable, relevant and aligned with current brand messaging and offerings.
Content Strategy
Support the development and execution of content marketing strategies to drive B2B sales as well as web traffic, SEO rankings, and B2C conversions.
Identify content gaps and opportunities based on market research, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Optimize on-page content using current SEO best practices: keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and performance analysis.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track performance and refine strategy based on insights.
Consider SEO strategies for multi-lingual websites and target markets.
Global Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with designers, videographer, social media marketing, operations, academic, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns and marketing materials.
Coordinate with other project contributors as needed.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2–4 years of content marketing, copywriting, or content management experience
Native or near-native English fluency, with a strong writing portfolio
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, SEO tools, and AI content generation tools
Understanding of content performance metrics and ability to translate data into insights
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
Excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a love for storytelling
Reliable internet and ability to work at least 4 hours/day during Pacific Time zone hours.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in B2B marketing or the international education sector
Experience writing for ESL or international audiences
Experience developing content for multilingual and multicultural audiences
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
Familiarity with localization or translation workflows
Experience using InDesign, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
