Social Media and Growth Manager at KoinX

KoinX is on a mission to simplify crypto taxation and accounting for the world. As we expand aggressively into global markets (US, UK, AU), we’re looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager who can scale our brand, build a loyal community, and create content that earns attention, sparks conversations, and drives share-worthy impact.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for accelerating KoinX’s brand presence across global markets through content, distribution, and community-led growth.

• Build and execute a cross-channel social media strategy (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, etc.)
• Lead content creation and distribution with a strong bias for virality, storytelling, and internet culture.
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, and share of voice across key geographies – US, UK, AU, India
• Create share-worthy content that speaks to crypto users, finance/tech audience, and the wider Web3 community
• Launch and manage community-led initiatives, campaigns, and conversations
• Run growth experiments across platforms and formats; measure impact and double down on what works
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and Founder’s Office to align content with launches and product narrative
• Leverage data, analytics, and insights for continuous improvement and growth
• Optional but valuable: Manage and grow the Founder’s personal brand across channels

What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

• 30–50% growth in engagement rate across priority channels
• 2 viral/industry-relevant campaigns executed with measurable traction
• Community-led content and initiatives improving share of voice across target regions
• A scalable content and distribution engine set up with reporting dashboards
• Founder’s brand presence strengthened (if owned)

Weekly/Monthly Output Expectations

• 4–6 high-quality posts per platform per week (tailored, not cross-posted)
• 2 growth experiments per month (new formats, channels, collaborations, or narrative plays)
• Bi-weekly community engagement initiatives
• Monthly analytics + insights report to Founder

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
• A natural storyteller with a strong grip on internet culture, memes, hooks, and trend-hacking
• Obsessed with social virality, community building, and cultural relevance
• Strong at converting complex ideas into digestible, relatable narratives
• Data-driven, structured thinker who iterates fast and learns faster
• Ownership-led mindset — you don’t wait for approvals, you make things happen|
• Bonus: On-camera comfort/ability to create faceless or face-led content
• Crypto/Web3 experience is a strong plus
