We’re looking to grow and are adding interns to our team. As a talent scout intern, you’ll be focused on sourcing talent for hiring partners.

• Location: Remote-first. Anywhere in Nigeria.
• Duration: 3-months. January – March 2026
• Pay: Compensation: $200 / month (including data stipend for 15 hours / week + $500 bonus when you source a candidate that gets hired by a client.
• Commitment: Part-time (15 hours a week), limited to students still in school.

About the Role

As a Talent Scout Intern, you’ll help our full-time team run Sourcing Sprints, where we find and reach out to candidates on behalf of clients (primarily early stage, US-based startup founders). We typically work on tech centric roles across software, hardware, growth, product, and design.

You work will involve sourcing and qualifying candidates on LinkedIn.

Who you are

To be eligible for this role you should still be in a Nigerian school or university. We’ll teach you everything you need to know and are optimizing for aptitude, not prior experience. However, we’re looking for people who are:

• Organized and analytical. You love to work with data, solve puzzles, and have extremely high attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy. You’ve taught yourself hard, technical things previously. Some of our most successful sourcers were software developers previously. Fluency with spreadsheets is also a must.
• Excellent communicator. You can speak clearly and confidently. Your written work is free of typos.
• Growth Minded. As a company, we care a lot about training and personal development.

Requirements

• Have a functional laptop. Sourcing will require time spent in front of a laptop. Please have access to a personal laptop and strong internet for project work and staying connected with the team.
• Ability to source daily (weekdays). Although the internship is only 15 hours a week, it’s best if this is spread out throughout the week and done a few hours each day. This allows you to stay in-sync with the team and get frequent feedback so you can improve.
