Full-time · Remote-first · B2B SaaS (Developer & Data Tools)
Drive smooth and impactful customer onboarding for a fast-growing technical SaaS product. You’ll help new users succeed from day one — through smart onboarding flows, clear documentation, and personal support.
We’re supporting a remote-first SaaS company helping data and DevOps teams manage complex infrastructure more efficiently. The platform is used by 1000+ teams across 50+ countries — and growing fast. With a distributed team of 60+ people, the company is now hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help new users get up and running faster.
This is a cross-functional role, ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer success, product education, and technical enablement.
🎯 What You’ll Be Working On
- Guide new customers through the first 30–60 days on the platform
- Set up and improve onboarding journeys (incl. email sequences, in-app flows)
- Create and maintain technical guides, tutorials, and documentation
- Provide 1:1 support and Q&A sessions where needed
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Growth to identify friction points and improve adoption
✅ What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in customer onboarding, success, or support — ideally for a SaaS or developer product
- Solid understanding of technical tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communicator with great structure and clarity in writing
- Empathetic and proactive approach to helping customers succeed
- Based in EMEA and fluent in English
Bonus if you’ve worked with onboarding automation (e.g., Intercom, Appcues) or have experience with technical documentation.
🌍 Setup
Remote-first team across EMEA and North America. You’ll report to the Customer Success Lead and work closely with Product, Support, and Growth. Core working hours are CET ±2.
