We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Video Editor to join our growing team at YourTribe, a fast-paced startup reshaping the way people find jobs. This isn’t just another editing job — we’re building scroll-stopping, story-driven content that people actually want to watch.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Craft compelling stories with clean, fast-paced visuals
• Work closely with the content and social teams to develop new formats
• Use AI tools to push creative boundaries (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Luma AI, etc.)
• Stay on top of editing trends and apply them in relevant, smart ways

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Luma AI, etc.)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your editing style, storytelling, and visual flair
• Clear understanding of brand storytelling and the kind of stories we’re trying to tell at YourTribe
• Understands corporate storytelling but can turn it into fast, engaging short-form videos that actually make people stop scrolling.
• Previous agency experience is a big plus
• Chennai-based candidates only
