About the Role
We’re hiring a talented Video Editor & Content Publisher to become the creative right hand of Cam King. You’ll take Cam’s raw video recordings — from podcast interviews to short-form monologues — and transform them into engaging content for social platforms and YouTube.
You’ll work directly with Cam, collaborate in real time (U.S. Mountain Time hours), and play a pivotal role in building a high-impact personal media brand with a mission.

What You’ll Do
• Edit & publish 7+ short-form videos per week across Instagram (Reels & Stories), Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and X.
• Edit & upload 2–4 long-form podcast videos per week to YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts (basic intro/outro + light note-based edits).
• Use Descript to edit and caption videos.
• Use Buffer (or a similar platform) to schedule and publish content.
• Follow SOPs and examples to match the brand’s visual and storytelling style.
• Track content performance (views, retention, shares, etc.) and collaborate with Cam to test and improve creative formats.
• Manage a library of content, tagging the videos and maintaining a catalog of content to repurpose

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience editing short-form video content (must provide samples).
• Proficiency with Descript or a willingness to learn it quickly.
• Familiarity with publishing best practices across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and X.
• Ability to work in U.S. Mountain Time hours — real-time collaboration is essential.
• High attention to detail, excellent communication, and follow-through.
• Organized, self-directed, and excited to be part of something meaningful.

• Ability to write basic post captions or headlines in Cam’s voice.
• Experience designing YouTube thumbnails or other visual assets.
• Passion or background in food systems, health, agriculture, or mission-driven media.

Compensation: $1,400–$1,800/month
