About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Assistance & Administrative SupportManage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
  • Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
  • Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.
  • Data Entry & Database ManagementAccurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
  • Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Pay – 120000 – 150000 NGN/month
