Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell and provide additional products and services to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
