Role Overview
- As a Volunteer Social Media Manager, you’ll help manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. You’ll create engaging posts, interact with our audience, and learn the best practices of digital marketing, brand storytelling, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content.
- Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments.
- Research trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns.
- Monitor page performance and prepare simple weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and passion for digital content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connection.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.
