This is a remote position.

We are looking for dependable, self-starting agents to handle inbound support calls for a national retail brand.

Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour

Service Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST

Required: Weekday availability and at least two Saturdays per month

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns
  • Providing real-time resolutions with a professional tone
  • Logging notes and completing call documentation
  • Adhering to provided scripts and service guidelines
  • Navigating multiple software systems while on the call

Requirements

  • High-speed internet connection (wired only – no wireless setups)
  • USB headset and external keyboard/mouse recommended
  • PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets or Chromebooks)
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions
  • Must complete all onboarding steps and client certification
