Overview

The role involves providing administrative support to a team of part-time agents within a real estate or financial services context. The position requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. You will work remotely using secure tools and report directly to the broker or team supervisor.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 6.40

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM California Time (PST), with 1 hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure completion of pending requirements
  • Provide administrative support to a team of 14 part-time agents
  • Manage and organize documentation and paperwork
  • Handle basic social media management including daily posting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Monitor and track agent requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools
  • Support communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Use provided secure VPN and communication tools

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with basic social media management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in administrative support preferred
  • Professional phone manner
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
