About The Role

We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves curating custom travel itineraries, handling payments, staying up to date with travel industry trends, and ensuring an excellent client experience from inquiry to post-trip support. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand and fulfill their travel needs
• Research destinations and design personalized itineraries based on preferences and budget
• Process client bookings and payments with accuracy and discretion
• Promote travel deals and exclusive offers across social media or other channels
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and travel regulations
• Attend virtual trainings, team meetings, and maintain relevant travel certifications
• Liaise with major travel vendors to secure bookings and manage logistics
• Deliver a positive client experience by providing timely updates and professional support

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and attending virtual training
• Open to learning new tools, systems, and industry knowledge
• Coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
