🌍 Control Center Service Representative

ArrowSpot is hiring Remote Service Representatives to join our Control Center team, handling alerts from reefer containers. Become part of a mission-critical operation that ensures the safe and continuous monitoring of refrigerated cargo worldwide.

🕒 Job Details:

• Shift-based position: 4 shifts per week
• Coverage: 24/7/365 (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Work location: Remote (work from home)

• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency in computer-based work
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities – handling several systems and communication channels simultaneously
• High service orientation, responsibility, and attention to detail
