Key responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve complex customer cases
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various communication and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred
