Job Title: Patient Resources Representative (Remote Call Center)

Location: Remote (Equipment Provided)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Remote Patient Resources Representative to join our call center team. This role focuses on resolving insurance claim issues, working directly with payers to collect outstanding balances, and supporting our mission of providing life-saving care. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and are strong communicators with problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments with insurance payers
  • Conduct research and appeals through calls, emails, and payer portals
  • Maintain detailed documentation and case records
  • Collaborate with clinics, teammates, and payers
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and policies

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED, healthcare billing/collections experience, customer service skills, intermediate MS Office skills
  • Preferred: Associate/Bachelor’s degree, call center experience, bilingual (English/Spanish), strong critical thinking skills
