Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to engage with existing customers and generate new business opportunities. This is a blended role that combines both customer service and proactive outbound activities, including calling members and prospects from an established database to foster business growth.

Using Service Titan CRM, you will reconnect with customers, schedule appointments, introduce services, and build long-term client relationships. Your work will directly support customer loyalty, retention, and overall revenue growth through personalized outreach and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Outbound Communication

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers using company-provided scripts and best practices.
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on customer history, service needs, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in Service Titan CRM.

Customer Database Re-engagement

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Reconnect with former customers through targeted outreach campaigns.

Prospect Outreach & Revenue Generation

  • Contact potential customers from pre-approved lists to introduce HVAC services and generate interest.
  • Conduct value-driven conversations to build interest and secure scheduled appointments.

Sales Coordination & Scheduling

  • Schedule follow-up calls, service visits, and consultations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using Service Titan.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and customer interactions.

Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Product & Service Knowledge

  • Stay informed about HVAC trends and company service offerings.
  • Clearly communicate service benefits and current promotions to customers.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent customer experience.

Work Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday through Friday).
  • Occasional Saturday shifts may be required (with advance notice).
  • Flexible schedule depending on seasonality and business needs.
  • Office Location: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (preferred) or fully remote.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or outbound phone sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to learn service areas and basic geographical familiarity to support customer scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience working with Service Titan or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven success in outbound sales or customer re-engagement campaigns.
