We’re supporting a leading GreenTech company providing a SaaS platform that helps businesses track energy usage, reduce emissions, and meet climate targets. The platform is used by hundreds of organizations across Europe — from manufacturers to real estate and logistics firms.

To support a growing user base, they’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help users resolve platform issues, navigate product features, and ensure smooth day-to-day usage. You’ll work in a remote-first support team, collaborating with product and engineering to improve the user experience.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming support tickets and live chat inquiries from B2B users
  • Troubleshoot product issues, escalate bugs, and guide users through workarounds
  • Maintain and contribute to internal documentation and user-facing help articles
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to close the loop on recurring technical feedback
  • Track key support metrics and help identify opportunities to improve the product experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in technical support or product support for a SaaS platform
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar
  • Familiarity with basic data workflows (e.g. CSV, dashboards, browser dev tools) is a plus
  • Based in EMEA and fluent in English
  • Bonus: experience supporting climate, energy, or environmental platforms

🌍 Work Setup

This is a fully remote role across EMEA. You’ll be hired directly by the company and onboarded virtually. Co-working access is available in select European cities. Shift schedules may be rotated, but always within EMEA-friendly time zones.
