As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and building strong relationships with them.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure their satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve complex customer cases
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various communication and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred
